I had an older model Tempurpedic mattress for about ten years. The new hybrid model is more comfortable (softer, but with good support) and the mattress doesn't feel cold (I didn't get a cooling mattress because I don't need that feature). The adjustable base allowed me to stop using a wedge for reflux, and I'm able to adjust it to whatever angle I choose. So much more comfortable and usable.

I purchased this mattress on sale so I was not able to return it. I did try it out in the store before I purchased it. The mattress I received is not the same mattress. I tried in the store. This mattress is hard as a rock. We're waking up and back pains nobody's sleeping on it. We're on the couch. And I'm not allowed to return it or exchange it so I'm out over $3000 and this piece of crap.

This product is the worst mattress we've ever purchased. The sagging is so bad it's painful to sleep on. If you sit on the side of the bed it's like sliding down a sliding board. . Warranty department is even worse. You are taken through a lot of changes taking photos (meaning each time it wasn't the photos they wanted, you has to strip bed AGAIN). Then finally if you are approved they charge 1 fee to deliver, 1 fee to bring in your home(because of God's grace and mercy we don't have to sleep outside), and then demand old mattress back. Should we charge them to come in our home to get it. If you can come in to get one ,you can bring one. NEVER buy this product.

Our mattress is sagging on the edges and bunched in the middle. We are currently going thru the warranty process and are very displeased with the process. I am an 80 yr.old veteran with limited capabilities, and lifting this mattress all the time is hard on me. I have sent three rounds of pictures that they asked for, and it is still not enough, So today I received another e-mail requesting more pictures. I am not at all pleased!

I'm just not happy with this mattress. I've tried numerous variations with the controller and it's just not the comfort level I expected especially for almost $6,000 dollars for mattress and platform.
I'm going to give it a little more time but I think this one will have to go back. Very disappointed.

Tempurpedic missed the mark with this version. It held up less than 6 year. Mattress became saggy. You can feel and hear the springs when turning in bed. It does not provide a good night sleep. Very disappointed. My original Tempurpedic mattress was Soo much better. Tempurpedic did not stand behind the warranty.

We are owners of a previous version of a Tempurpedic cloud we purchased nearly twenty years ago. So when it came time to replace it we naturally chose to stay with Tempurpedic. We wanted something a little firmer since I'm a bigger guy and wanted something that provided support and would not break down unevenly. We tried the ProAdapt medium hybrid and it was perfect. The firm was just a bit too hard for both of us. We already had the base from our previous bed, and did not need to upgrade to an adjustable base. We purchased from Mancini's Sleepworld and they gave us a little discount so as to beat any other price we had seen. They provided next day delivery, even earlier than the promised time), and took away our old mattress. The new mattress is amazing, so much so as I hadn't noticed just how much our old one had broken down. We will remain dedicated Tempurpedic customers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality and comfortable bedding system. Another great thing about the new bed is that it sleeps cooler than our old bed, and the new mattress did not smell as strongly as the old one did when new.

My wife and I received the ProAdapt 2.0 Soft King on June 4 as a replacement mattress and both my wife and I began experiencing persistent lower-back pain after the second night. I requested a replacement with the vendor and they declined because their policy allows only one comfort guarantee exchange. I also filed a claim with Tempur-Pedic and it was declined because they classified the problem as comfort preference. In the meantime my wife and I made a $9,017 investment (mattress and base) just to wake up every morning with pain on our lower back, a problem we didn't have before we started sleeping on this mattress.

We sleep very well now. No back pain or shoulder discomfort. It takes a few days to break it in. Seems stiff at first. We bought the base and raise the head up to almost eliminate snoring. We don't feel the other person get up during the night. Very good sleep now.

From day one I now wake up with lower back pain. Cannot sleep properly due to waking up from the pain and discomfort and having to turn on my side until that gets uncomfortable and then back to on my back.
I hear that your body needs to adapt and the mattress needs to loosen up, but it had better happen sooner rather than later.
Currently this is painful!!

When I first tried out the memory foam of 15 years ago, I felt trapped inside the foam. The product has clearly evolved and is now very supportive while sinking in slightly at pressure points. After about 60 days of sleeping on the ProAdapt Medium, I think it will outlast my other coil mattresses and continue to be supportive. A word of caution: if you need support that's firm enough without being overly firm, the medium may be best because the hybrid medium may be softer and sort of in between a soft and a medium.

Tempur-Pedic held a 30%-off sale on discontinued mattresses, as they periodically do, in mid-June, 2026. If you do all that you have to do to select a mattress that is very expensive even after 30% reduction, then if you enter your credit card information and hit 'Pay', you've done all that is required of you to complete the transaction. And what happens next? Then Tempur-Pedic says it won't ship the mattress to you in New York State. No previous warning given and no explanation given. It will, however, be happy to ship a full-price mattress to you in New York State-in other words, the old bait-and-switch. This is why you should buy from a different manufacturer. Don't reward fraud!

I looked for a long time before investing in a new bed. If i'm going to invest in a bed I need to know its the right one. I have scoliosis and I'm over 60. I knew i needed to get this right. After going to several stores I kept coming back to Tempur P. I would even go when my back was aching. I'd lay there for a few minutes and when i would get up I'd feel so much better, pain gone. I also knew that financing was the best with this company. That made it affordable, even for my income!! I highly recommend this mattress. I have the EASE base and i love it for rhe zero gravity. And of course to read and watch TV!!!

I'm extremely disappointed in this mattress. We have had it less than 4 years and one side has broken down. We even rotated it so that the side that no longer supports is under me and not my husband. It is such poor support that the middle of the bed if firm, but because the firmness has broken down, I have fallen off of the bed due to not being able to stay near the firm area. I wake up with extreme back aches every day.
I will never purchase a tempur pedic product again. I do not and will not recommend this mattress or any tempurpedic item again.
