Needs some user-friendly improvements

There's a couple easy fixes that could be made to improve the usage experience. First, you shouldn't have to hit 'start' to start the oven. Once you set the temp, it should be good to go. Second, there should be some sort of obvious light/sign to let you know that the oven is on. And lastly, there should be white dots or something at the ends of the knobs so you can tell where you've actually positioned the knob to.

First new stove in ten years.

We haven't really had a chance to use the oven that much yet. We like the stove top and it works great. The oven we have used just a couple times and found that it might run just a little hotter than where we set it.We are going to get a thermometer to check the oven temperature. I would like to make one suggestion we got the black stove.On the knobs for setting the burners it would be nice if there was a white mark on the knob to be able to know exactly where it is set when setting the burner temperature. I am going to get a small bottle of white model paint to put in the little notch on the knob.

Great Features with a couple of Issues

Purchased a month ago and love almost everything. It replaced a like oven I had for 20 years until a coffee cup cracked the top. Love the "no preheat" Air Fry. Great on left over pizza! Cons - you now must additionally press the "Start" button for any setting or adjustment, including the timer, or it will not start a cycle or change any settings. Something you have to get used to but forget it once and dinner will be late!. Bigger issue for me is not being able to hear the Chime when preheat is done or when the timer is done. If you are standing in front of the oven you might hear it. and n, you can't increase the volume. It was a waste installing a quiet chime in this oven. Now I have to keep coming into the kitchen to see if it's preheated and have to use my phone for timing the food.

Nice looking range - but it didnt work!!!

We replaced our 20 year old Whirlpool convection range because the control board went out and was told it was unavailable as a replacement part. We bought the new one at home depot online and it came in just a few days since we wanted a working oven for Thanksgiving. After installation and leveling we noticed that things in the oven werent getting all that hot. I played with it a few days thinking we were doing something wrong. Finally bought an oven thermometer and began a series of tests before calling support. I found that the oven never reached the set temperature but the control system thought it did. As soon as the control system thought the oven was on temp, it turned off the heat all together. To prove this I set the oven to 350 and turn it on. When the oven thought it was a 350, it was really at 250 and after letting it run for 2 hours, it was room temp inside the oven with the control system still saying it was 350. The unit was 10 days old and had never worked properly. My problem is not that it didnt work, i understand that quality issues happen, but how slowly customer service has been on getting it resolved. We had no oven for Thanksgiving. They scheduled a service call to repair it and that will happen at the end of this week. I asked about a replacement since it was less than 2 weeks old and had never worked. They said sure, we can get a replacement out there in 3 to 4 weeks. So maybe we will have an oven by Christmas, maybe not. Too bad I cant withhold payment until I get a working product or I would. If you buy one of these, give it a quick test of range top and oven before letting the delivery people leave, they may need to take the unit with them. Features look good. Innovation looks good. Sound I rated excellent since it makes no noise because it doesnt work. Everything gets a default "Poor" since we are unable to evaluate it. Customer Service - Feel free to contact me if you make this better.
